Santiam Station

This 1997 to 1998 Civil Engineering & Surveying project, located in Stayton Oregon, developed an 80-acre site into a retail commercial area, assisted living complex, residential housing subdivision, and a mobile home park. This project included a large area within the flood plain that required the area to be cross-sectioned and studied for raising the area out of the flood plain, which included mitigating an area upstream and creating a wetland area. The project also included the reconstruction and widening of a county road and bridge. The standard items included site and street design, water, sewer and storm drainage systems with an added perk; our customer provided travel to and from the project site!
